Terms and conditions for using Fromly and its services.

By using Fromly (web app, Mac app, iPhone app or any associated service), you accept these Terms. If you disagree, stop using the service.
Fromly is developed and operated by Alberto Lezaun Pérez, based in Spain. Contact: hello@fromly.app.
Fromly is a productivity platform available on the web (fromly.app/app), as a native macOS app and as an iPhone app. It lets you organize notes, tasks, projects and a personal journal, with real-time sync between devices through our servers.
Services include:
Your content is yours. Fromly acquires no ownership rights over your notes, tasks or files. You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Export.
To provide sync between devices, your content is stored on our servers (see Privacy Policy for details). By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You need an account to access sync and advanced features. You are responsible for:
The free plan includes sync of up to 1,000 nodes between Web, Mac and iPhone, and basic access to the app. No credit card required.
The lifetime license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, permanent right to use Fromly. It includes all future updates. It does not include AI tokens (which require a subscription or top-up).
You may not use Fromly to:
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We are not responsible for changes to the availability or terms of these services.
By publishing a note you agree that its content will be publicly accessible. You are solely responsible for the published content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law, with prior notice whenever possible.
The application, its code, design and brand are the property of Alberto Lezaun Pérez, protected by intellectual property laws. The use license does not grant you any rights over the software.
Fromly is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law:
We recommend using the periodic export feature as an additional backup.
We are committed to keeping the service running but do not guarantee 100% uptime. For planned outages, we will give reasonable advance notice.
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law and European Union regulations. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in Spain, without prejudice to consumers' rights in their country of residence.
